• How do I get a price?
  We usually quote within 24 hours after receiving your inquiry (except weekends and holidays) - If you are very urgent to know the price, please email or contact us by other means so that we can provide you with a quote
• How long is your delivery time?
  It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. -Small batches are generally shipped in about 30 days, and large batches are generally shipped in about 45 days.
• How do we ensure quality?
  Before mass production, there will always be a pre-production sample; a final inspection is required before shipment; in addition, any necessary finishing touches, such as staining, sealing or painting, will be applied to enhance the beauty and protect the furniture from outdoor elements
• What is my payment term?
  Usually the trade terms we can provide: FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW, FAS, CIP, FCA, CPT, DDP, DDU. Usually the payment methods we can provide: T/T, L/C, MoneyGram, Credit Card, Western Union, Cash. Any other ideas, please contact us for better support.
• Why should you buy from us instead of other suppliers?
